RBR Conservation carried out extensive repair and conservation to this period house.  The scope included the removal of the structural ground floor, which were replaced with a new waterproof concrete floors, new door openings were created in walls, all walls were damp treated (osmosis) and re-plastered.

The walls required preservation throughout the project as sensitive items were present including fabrics, hand carved oak ceiling and paneling. RBR was responsible for the modernisation of all the services, including the general power services, lighting, fire alarm system, decoration of the lathe and plaster ceilings and walls. The suites were fitted out and decorated to the highest standards, which included installation of high end timber and marble floors.
