Queen Anne viewing tower at the Curragh that was dismantled and rebuilt using a laser survey recording. All elements were numbered and rebuilt exactly as was previously built on a new location on the same site.

RBR consolidated all the original features. And stabilized the structure using Heli Fix ties. Including stone indent & mortar repairs, cleaning and repointing. Construction of new rag stone elevation and arches. Ornate cut stone Windows, doors and quoins. New opening were created in the external walls. The works included rebuilding extensively damaged unsound areas of existing parapet walling, including the Bell Tower. Internal works included new stone and repair of internal stone columns & arches areas to allow integration with the new contemporary finish.

Daunt Square

Three Store, Daunt Square, Cork City

The Three Ireland Building in Daunt Square, Cork City dates from the late 18th Century and is a protected structure. The project brief was to conserve and restore the external envelope of the building and to address any structural issues that threatened to damage the building fabric. Internal works also resulted in the conservation and restoration of the internal building fabric on all floors. Windows were conserved and repaired on a like for like basis. RBR under took the stabilisation of the facade using a Heli fix designed system installed by our own trained site team, this also extended to the retainment of the extg render adopting a similar system. In additional we replaced a number of extg windows heads due to existing structural implications. Furthermore, internal fit out completed along with MEPH services was carried out. Inclusive of all associated new wall, base build, finishes and decorations through out.

Façade works included cleaning, repointing of the brick and stone work and lime render repairs whilst retaining the maximum amount of historic fabric on site. Window and door restoration and repair. Detailed works to the main feature window in the building and re-moulded all window surrounds to bring them back to its original state.

Extensive Conservation and repair work was completed to the the facade of this iconic Grade II Listed Architectural building in heart of London. Internal conservation works were also carried out.

20 Golden Square, Soho

20 Golden Square is listed as a Grade II Building and is located in the Soho and China Town Conservation area in the City of Westminster. Brickwork & Stucco Façade Repair works were carried out.

Blarney Castle

One of Irelands National Treasures, the façade works included, cleaning, re-pointing, stone repair, stone carving, sealing and replacement lead work. Green roof technology was also installed.

This iconic city-centre building underwent extensive façade repair and cleaning work. The building was in need of extensive conservation and repair work, and a complete internal fit-out was also carried out.

Cotton House

Cotton House, Glasgow

RBR Conservation has completed the brick façade repair and conservation works for London & Regional Properties in Glasgow on the HMRC Building called Cotton House. The building is a seven storey brick façade. The façade was removed (80,000 bricks) and the structural walls were stabilized.

Penneys, Dun Laoghaire

The work carried out include Façade Stabilisation & Repair. The parapet balustrade was dismantled and reconstructed with new lead work as appropriate.

Casino, Winthrop Street, Cork

This historic derelict city-centre building required extensive conservation works. The façade is noted in the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage. The works included considerable façade work and complete fit-out including the conversion of part of the downstairs to a high street coffee pod.

The façade works on this church included cleaning, re-pointing, stone restoration, stone carving.

The façade works on this church included cleaning, re-pointing, stone repair and stone carving. Roof and lead work were also completed. Extensive work on the internal ceiling.
