Façade & Structural Defect Repairs, and Installations of Insulated Cladding
The façade works included the realignment and structural refixing of the existing precast concrete panels using remedial cavity ties, concrete repairs and overcladding with a new insulated render system. Thus improved the external appearance and thermal performance of the building.
